The email contains an Information Verification Request ID# and the name of the user who issued the request. You can complete the information verification request using the login link provided in the email without having to login. The email you received notifying you of the user's request also contains the instructions for you to use to login and access the information verification request form. If this email contained a username and password, use those login credentials on the login form. If this email instructed you to use the secure campus login credentials, use yours to access this site. Using these login credentials will allow you to view all information verification requests you have received as well as the ability to view your submitted information verification requests.
